Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including equipment and signage placement.
• Monitor access points; conduct security checks to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Provide friendly customer service; help attendees with directions and information.
• Collaborate with event staff and security to keep a safe, organized environment.
• Assist in crowd management; control entry/exit and attendee flow.
• Respond promptly to security incidents per established protocols.
• Monitor areas to enforce event rules and safety procedures.
• Handle attendee complaints calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies to maintain high service and security standards.
