Responsibilities

• Control access for guests and personnel attending events.
• Vigilantly monitor event areas for unauthorized individuals, suspicious behavior, and safety risks.
• React promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• Provide help and information to guests when necessary.
• Write incident reports and keep precise records of activities.
• Enforce event rules and regulations to guarantee a secure environment.
• Monitoring event locations through surveillance tools like CCTV to spot suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Conducting thorough access control checks, including background verification of attendees, staff, and vendors.
• Responding swiftly to emergencies by following established emergency protocols, including first aid, CPR, AED use, and fire safety.
• Managing crowd control and conflict resolution to create a safe and pleasant environment for all.
• Documenting security incidents and unusual activities in detailed reports.
• Patrolling event areas to identify potential hazards or security weaknesses, ensuring compliance with security requirements.
• Assisting with lifting or manual tasks needed for event setup or breakdown.
