Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence to client and BEST standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter incidents and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, and screen entrants.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or medical emergencies.
• Collaborate with event staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide excellent customer service and directions when needed.
• Document incidents and report to leadership.
