Allied Universal Event Services is seeking part-time Event Security staff to support a variety of venues including sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and conventions across California. The team ensures safety and a positive guest experience while handling entry, ticket verification, and crowd management.

The role offers flexible schedules under 30 hours/week, weekly pay, and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may apply and background checks are required.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol testing may be required.

Aufgaben

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Control entry and direct traffic at venues; verify tickets and wristbands.
• Screen guests with bag checks, hand wand, or metal detector; verify IDs.
• Protect guests, staff, and assets by monitoring security checkpoints.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when necessary.
• Understand venue policies and procedures for different events.
• Provide a positive guest experience at facility entrances and common areas.
• Offer directions and assistance to enhance the guest entertainment experience.
