Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol testing may apply.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Allow appropriate entry into each venue, verify tickets and IDs.
• Screen guests during entry via bag checks or metal detector and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff and venue assets by monitoring for security breaches.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Understand policies and regulations of different venues and events.
• Provide a positive experience at entrances, concourses and other locations.
• Offer directions and suggestions to enhance guests' entertainment experience.
