Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Manage entry: tickets, wristbands/badges, and traffic flow.
• Screen guests with bag checks, wand, or metal detector; verify IDs.
• Monitor venue for security breaches and protect assets.
• Assist with crowd control and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Follow venue policies and safety regulations.
• Provide directions and information to guests to enhance the experience.
