Qualifications

• 6 months crowd management and security in event settings required.

Responsibilities

• Work at themed events, concerts, conventions, parties, music festivals, or large events.
• Maintain crowd control and prevent theft in high-volume venues.
• Monitor parking and direct guests before/after events as needed.
• Provide a friendly demeanor and guest-focused service.
• Adhere to AREA15 values and safety procedures at all times.
• Identify safety hazards and maintain a safe event environment.
• Respond to injuries and coordinate with authorities when needed.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and venue policies.
• Communicate professionally with staff, guests, and security teams.
• Wear AREA15 standards and maintain professional appearance.
• Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
