BEST Crowd Management in Milwaukee is seeking an Event Security Officer for a part-time position at UW Panther Arena. You will maintain a professional presence, deter incidents, and ensure safety for attendees, staff, and property.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background checks. Prior event security experience and a valid security license per local regulations are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous event security or related experience is advantageous.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Possess or be willing to obtain a valid security license per local regulations.
• Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to deter incidents and ensure safety.
• Monitor access points, conduct bag checks, screenings.
• Respond to security incidents or medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with staff, law enforcement, and emergency services.
• Provide customer assistance and directions.
• Document incidents and report to supervisors.
• Uphold company policies and security procedures.
