BEST Crowd Management is hiring an Event Security professional in Madison, WI. The role blends event staff duties with security tasks to create a safe, enjoyable experience for attendees. You will work with a team, communicate clearly, and ensure safety at events.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma (college preferred), and can pass background checks. Shift flexibility, relevant security experience, and a valid license or willingness to obtain one are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in event security or related field is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, including equipment and signage.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide friendly customer service to attendees.
• Collaborate with event staff and security personnel.
• Assist in crowd management and flow of attendees.
• Respond to incidents following established protocols.
• Monitor areas to enforce event rules and safety.
