Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and equipment/signage preparation.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide friendly customer service and attendee assistance.
• Collaborate with staff and security to maintain safety and order.
• Assist in crowd management and flow control at entries/exits.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies per policy and training.
• Monitor event areas for rules and safety compliance.
• Resolve attendee concerns calmly and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies to uphold service and security standards.
