BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Security professional for Texas A&M University in College Station. This part-time role blends event staff duties with security tasks to help ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for attendees.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma (some college preferred). Experience in security or related fields is a plus, and a background check plus drug screening will be conducted.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in event security or related field is a plus.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Possess a valid security license or willingness to obtain one if required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with event setup and equipment/signage placement.
• Monitor access points and conduct security checks.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist attendees with inquiries.
• Collaborate with event staff and security to maintain safety.
• Assist in crowd management and control entry/exit points.
• Respond to security incidents per established protocols.
