Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in event security, staffing, crowd management, law enforcement, military, or related field.
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role in a public-venue or security setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Event Staff and front-line personnel during events; coordinate posts and rotations.
• Oversee screening, access control, and credentialing procedures; monitor for policy compliance.
• Lead crowd management and guest services, address escalated guest complaints, and ensure safety and service standards.
