Job summary

BEST Crowd Management in Evanston, IL, is seeking a Security Team Member for Ryan Field. You will be the face of the guest experience, assisting attendees, answering questions, and helping create a welcoming, safe environment during events.

This part-time role requires reliable, friendly individuals who can stand for long periods, work evenings and weekends, and follow security protocols. PERC card is required and prior guest-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in guest-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and materials.
• Monitor access and conduct security checks.
• Provide helpful guest assistance and directions.

• Manage crowd flow and entry/exit points.
• Respond to incidents following protocols.
• Enforce event rules and safety procedures.
