Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment.
• Must successfully complete background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test; additional screening may be required for driving incidents.
• Ability to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
• Overtime flexibility may be required.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Control admission by verifying tickets and directing entry.
• Screen guests via bags, hand wand or metal detector, and verify IDs.
• Protect guests, staff and assets by monitoring for security breaches.
• Respond quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Understand policies and regulations of various venues and events.
• Provide directions and helpful information to enhance guest experience.
