Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented event-based part-time Sanitation Steward to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety during events such as sports, concerts, and other productions.

You will operate dishwashing and sanitation equipment, assist with setup, and ensure compliance with safety standards while supporting kitchen and service areas in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, stadium/arena operations, hotels, clubs, or full-service restaurants preferred.
• Custodial/sanitation or cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Operate dishwashers, sanitizers, and other kitchen equipment.
• Assist with setup, stock supplies, and transport items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all food service areas.
