Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented event-based part-time Steward to join our Sanitation team.

In this essential role, you will help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety throughout our kitchens and food service areas, ensuring our culinary teams have a clean, safe, and organized environment to deliver exceptional guest experiences during sporting events, concerts, and world-class entertainment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year in food service, hospitality, stadium/arena operations, hotels, clubs, or full-service restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors to sanitation standards and remove trash.
• Operate large dishwashing and cleaning equipment; sanitize surfaces and keep kitchens clean.
• Move supplies between storage and work areas following safety standards.
• Assist with banquet table setup and field/house load-in as requested.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety policies.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
