Job summary

Window Nation is seeking an Event Sales Representative to engage homeowners at community events, festivals, and home shows across the area. This entry-level, part-time role offers paid training and a path to develop sales and negotiation skills while representing a national home remodeling brand.

You will travel to events, set up branded booths, collect leads, and qualify prospects for follow-up by the sales team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or similar roles is preferred.
• Ability to present information clearly to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees at events to generate in-home appointments for homeowners.
• Create on-site buzz and promote the Window Nation brand following procedures.
• Use scripts to qualify leads and answer questions.
• Adjust marketing tactics based on KPI targets and results.
• Set up, maintain, operate, and break down on-site marketing materials.
