Job summary

REV Sports Management LLC operates La Moderna Field, a 3,000+ seat baseball stadium in Cleburne, TX, managed by REV Entertainment. The Account Executive will drive revenue through selling events and rights, develop new clients, and maintain strong business relationships with the local community and partners.

You will coordinate with operations, marketing, and security to deliver exceptional events, meet sales targets, and represent the organization at networking functions and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years in event sales, sports sales, hospitality, venue management, or related industry.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Strong listening and communication with ability to build relationships.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities for facility events, including corporate events, concerts and festivals, community events, private parties, youth sports tournaments, trade shows, holidays, and nonprofit functions.
• Generate revenue through outbound sales calls, networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Maintain relationships with local businesses, vendors, sponsors, and community organizations.
• Develop proposals, pricing, and contracts and meet sales goals.
• Coordinate with operations, F&B, grounds crew, marketing, ticketing, and security for seamless events.
• Oversee event timelines, staffing plans, and on-site management.
