The Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling and servicing events, primarily in Banquet Food and Beverage. Responsibilities include menu planning, agenda setting, and coordinating hotel meeting services. The role involves contract review and facilitating communication with hotel staff before, during, and after events to ensure high-quality service.
The manager also hosts hotel tours, maintains strong customer relationships, participates in and may lead event and staff meetings, and collaborates closely with an assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff.
