Job summary

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years in hotel events, convention services, catering, or similar.
• Knowledge of Opera or Delphi/FDC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned groups/events from turnover to completion.
• Lead client planning calls and produce clear BEOs/event resumes.
• Coordinate with Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and AV.
• Be on-site for key functions, handle changes quickly, and maintain service quality.
• Support site inspections and light local outreach to businesses, planners, and community partners.
• Track leads and follow-ups in the CRM and identify upsell opportunities.
