The Event Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for driving private and corporate event business for Seaspice Brasserie & Lounge. This role manages the full event sales cycle, including prospecting clients, responding to inquiries, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to meet revenue targets. The Event Sales Manager coordinates closely with operations, culinary, and bar teams to ensure seamless event execution, accurate details, and exceptional guest experiences. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, updating CRM and event calendars, creating event packages, overseeing BEOs, and monitoring event performance and feedback. The role also involves identifying new market opportunities, participating in networking and community events, and representing Seaspice’s brand standards in all client interactions.
