Job summary

USA TODAY Co., Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Events) for LocaliQ to drive growth with event-based advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
• Strong communication and closing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
• Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Present event sponsorship and advertising solutions to business decision-makers.
• Partner with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, notes, and activity tracking in CRM.
