• Assist Event Sales Coordinator with daily duties and tasks.
• Handle all birthday inquiries and upsell the event details.
• Prepare contracts, BEOs, diagrams and internal documents.
• Maintain thorough communication with clients and cross‑department teams.
• Ensure events are executed with operational excellence and all policies followed.
• Support post‑event follow-up and client development.
