Job summary

SSA Group, LLC is seeking a Catering Associate to deliver warm and memorable guest experiences during catered events. You will help manage setup, execution, and breakdown, while maintaining inventory and quality of products.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Overtime and shift flexibility are common, with benefits and casual attire aligned to our 452 Hospitality standard.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced events environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for guests and clients.
• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory of items.
• Set up, execute, and break down catered events; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with back-of-house and front-of-house duties to support event productivity.
• Communicate clearly with Catering Supervisors and Operations Manager during events.
