Responsibilities

• Manage the club’s event calendar.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for large events, banquets, parties, and other private functions.
• Generate event sales leads and follow up on inquiries from initial contact through booking and event completion.
• Maintain organized paperwork, contracts, and records for each booking.
• Maintain or exceed budgeted event sales and profitability goals.
• Develop and execute processes for event inquiries, bookings, planning, and follow-up.
• Provide tours of event spaces to prospective clients as necessary.
• Meet with members, guests, and prospective clients to plan events.
• Build relationships with members, guests, community organizations, businesses, and other potential clients to drive sales.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, and other departments to ensure events are properly communicated and executed.
