Next Up Talent is hiring Events & Customer Acquisition Representatives to support live fundraising campaigns for established charitable partners focused on humanitarian relief and sustainable development.

This role centres around structured event-based outreach.

What Your Days Will Look Like

You’ll rotate between organised pop-up events, retail partnerships, and community hubs across Houston.

Rather than waiting for people to approach you, you’ll take initiative — learning how to:

• Read crowd flow and position yourself strategically
• Identify who is most likely to engage and tailor your opening approach
• Deliver short, compelling campaign narratives that highlight measurable impact
• Answer real questions about how donations are allocated
• Secure long-term supporters through compliant digital sign-up systems
• Debrief daily with your team to analyse conversion performance

This is about mastering conversation flow, handling objections confidently, and building authentic buy-in — not pushing products.
