Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
• Word processing and/or business software experience.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Call center experience (preferred).
• Events-based experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guide and educate clients through the rental process, from initial inquiry to final follow-ups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of the rental policies and processes.
• Maintain knowledge of up-to-date industry trends.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations team to ensure complete and successful installations.
