Job summary

All Event Rental is seeking an hands-on Event Rental Operations & Installation Manager in Sarasota, FL. This role leads warehouse and field operations, coordinating trucks and equipment, overseeing installations and breakdowns, and solving in-field challenges alongside the team.

The position requires strong leadership, practical experience with tents and related equipment, and the ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions, including early mornings, weekends, and occasional late-night

Qualifications

• Direct event rental or tent installation experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading field, installation, warehouse, or event crews.
• Strong hands-on mechanical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and handling equipment.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Strong reliability, organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in Florida conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews performing event setup, installation, breakdown, and pickup

Qualifications

Direct event rental or tent installation experience is strongly preferred, but we will also consider candidates with strong transferable experience in staging, event production, construction, warehouse operations, equipment installation, logistics, or other hands-on field operations.

Strong candidates should have:

• Experience leading field, installation, warehouse, or event crews
• Strong hands-on mechanical and problem-solving ability
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and handling equipment
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
• Strong reliability, organization, communication, and follow-through
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in Florida conditions
• Availability for an event-industry schedule, including some early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional late-night breakdowns

Experience with tents, clearspan structures, dance floors, staging, pipe and drape, forklifts, material handling, truck loading, event setup, or crew supervision is especially valuable.
