Job summary

Kate Ryan Event Rentals is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Event Operations Assistant to join our Tampa team. This junior-level, hands-on role supports the Inventory Coordinator and warehouse team while helping with deliveries, event setups, breakdowns, and other operational needs.

It is not a 9 to 5 position; you may work early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed. You will move and organize inventory, assist with loading, unloading, and professional client interactions across Central

• Previous warehouse, delivery, moving, event or hands-on experience is helpful, but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Support the Inventory Coordinator with pulling, staging, organizing and returning inventory.
• Clean, tag, label and properly store rental inventory.
• Identify damaged, missing or misplaced items.
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Ride on delivery trucks and assist with deliveries, setups, breakdowns and pickups.
• Help with basic repairs, touch-ups and warehouse projects.
• Maintain professionalism around clients and venues.
• Jump in wherever needed as schedules and priorities change.

Warehouse & Event Operations Assistant

Kate Ryan Event Rentals is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse & Event Operations Assistant to join our Tampa team.

This is a junior-level, hands-on position supporting our Inventory Coordinator and warehouse team while also assisting with deliveries, event setups, breakdowns, and other operational needs.

THIS IS NOT A 9 TO 5 POSITION.

This person will be a true utility player. Some days will be spent in the warehouse cleaning, organizing, pulling, and staging inventory. Other days may include loading trucks, assisting with deliveries, or helping set and strike events.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Inventory Coordinator with pulling, staging, organizing, and returning inventory
