American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced Events Registration Specialist to manage end-to-end attendee registration for corporate programs. You will build sites, paths, emails in Cvent, handle housing, and run onsite registration with accuracy and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in event registration or attendee management for corporate meetings and events.
• Experience handling registration for 2,000 or more attendees a year across multiple programs.
• Cvent certification, or equivalent hands-on experience building event sites, registration paths, emails, and reports.

Responsabilités

• Build registration in the client's Cvent instance for assigned programs, including event sites, registration paths and forms, invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
• Manage attendee housing and travel details, including room blocks, rooming lists, arrival and departure manifests, and changes.
• Send attendee communications on schedule, from invitations through final details and post-event follow up, in the client's brand and voice.
• Run attendee reporting from invitation through post event, including registration counts, pacing against targets, dietary and accessibility needs, and the reports the event manager, producer, and client stakeholders rely on.
• Answer attendee questions through the program inbox quickly and accurately, and spot questions indicating problems with the site or communications.
• Test every site, form, and email before it goes live to catch errors before attendees see them.
• Run onsite registration desk, including badges, check-in, onsite changes, and desk staffing, with associated travel.
• Protect attendee data by following client privacy and data handling rules and keeping records auditable.
• Carry registration for several programs at different stages, update timelines in project tools, and raise risks early.
