Job summary

ITA Group seeks a Buyer, Event Purchasing to serve as the primary client liaison and presale lead for assigned programs. You will negotiate critical components, recommend suppliers and destinations (domestic and international), and develop competitive products and services to increase value.

You will also deliver sales presentations and maintain geographic expertise to support clients and internal teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and at least 3 years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3 years in a negotiator role or similar in hospitality/incentive industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with Salesforce and Cvent experience.
• Knowledge of AI-driven tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent negotiation skills for program design and contracting.
• Strong understanding of 3rd party contract terms (hotel, DMC, A/V, etc.).
• Ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing client relationships (3+ years).
• Ability to communicate effectively across management levels and present to clients.

Responsibilities
