Hubbard Saint Louis is seeking a Promotion Assistant to support station marketing plans, events, contests and other promotional activities in the Greater St. Louis area.

You will attend remote events, interact with the public, help set up equipment, and collaborate with staff. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, a valid driver's license, and a professional, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist with promotional events, remotes, client events, and community programs.
• Represent the station professionally at events with strong customer service.
• Set up and breakdown promotional equipment.
• Coordinate with staff during events.
• Attend meetings and brainstorm sessions.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.
• Safely drive station vehicles to events.
• Other duties as requested.
