Job summary

Audacy Houston is seeking a Part-Time Promotions Assistant to support on-site appearances, engage listeners and maintain a positive station image. You will assist promotions and sales staff, manage setup/breakdown, and help execute client activations to boost visibility.

The role requires organization, strong communication, flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and a can-do attitude. Valid driver’s license and MVR checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Organized candidate with strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.
• Video and graphics experience is a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site appearances and promotions, including setup and breakdown.
• Assist promotions and sales staff with station activity.
• Facilitate on-site appearance setup and station visibility.
• Manage on-location activations and promotions to boost audience engagement.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
