Serving as a primary contact for clients and working alongside Account Managers during the pre-planning phase through execution of programs post-sale, Event Project Managers play a key role in achieving revenue targets and managing the client experience throughout the duration of their program. **THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Manages and oversees all event logistics, operation and timelines direct with clients based on the overall scope of mid-sized and small events* Manages operational meetings for internal teams and vendors and ensures all communication loops are closed between all parties* Manages the execution of events from the end of pre-planning.
