Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of related work experience
• Vocational or technical training
• Experience with event/conference tech and AV equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide production and logistical support for university events, classes, conferences, and campus moves.
• Set up and operate furniture, tarps, tables, chairs, lecterns, stages, audio, video, lighting and other technical equipment.
• Direct student staff, on-call staff and third-party contractors; oversee vendors during events.
• Manage and troubleshoot AV equipment during events and coordinate with sponsors to resolve issues.
