InProduction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee timelines and budgets while delivering technical solutions for event production. The role requires hands-on experience with scheduling, communication, and wood/metal fabrication or general construction.

Travel up to 60% is expected, and you will report to the Production Manager. Responsibilities include cost estimation, CAD coordination, shop drawings review, material sourcing, and interfacing with clients and subcontractors to control

Formación

• 1 -3 years of solid industry experience in technical theater and/or scenic fabrication.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Illustrator, and MS Office.
• Strong scheduling and budgeting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop project cost estimates in collaboration with the Sales Team.
• Coordinate and review all technical drawings with the CAD Department for shop build based on designer drawings, layouts, and other visual aids.
• Coordinate and review detailed assembly/installation drawings for use by the production during load in.
• Research and order materials and hardware required to execute the construction of designed units.
• Actively communicate with construction team and maintain shop production schedules in coordination with the Shop Foreman.
• Work closely with department heads and subcontractors to meet budgetary and scheduling goals.
• Communicate with the client and shop supervisory staff during the design and construction phases of the project.
• Manage changes to the project scope and budgetary impacts.
• Track and Report project costs compared to Budget.
• Monitor safety oversight quality control.
