Dexian in New York seeks an experienced events professional to manage end-to-end corporate events and conferences from 10 to 2,000 attendees, coordinating vendors, budgets, travel, and logistics. You will lead cross-functional and global teams, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with firm event standards while delivering exceptional experiences.
The role requires strong project management, negotiation, and MS Office proficiency, with a proactive, detail-oriented, client-focused
Manage end-to-end corporate events and conferences (10–2,000 attendees).
Handle vendors, contracts, budgets, travel, logistics, AV, catering, and registration.
Lead cross-functional/global teams and manage client relationships.
Ensure compliance, risk management, and firm event standards.
Required:
6+ years of professional meeting/event planning experience.
Strong project management, negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
