Job summary

American Airlines Center in Dallas is seeking an energetic Parking Conversion Crew member to join our Parking Services team. You will set up traffic cones, street closures and parking signage before events and help guests with vehicle issues during events.

This role supervises parking staff, coordinates traffic flow and ensures safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED, a valid Texas driver’s license and customer‑service orientation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required plus one year of supervisory experience.
• Must have valid Texas driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be customer-service oriented, have a fan-friendly attitude and a professional appearance at all times.
• Must be able to resolve customer concerns expeditiously and independently.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Golf cart certification and training.

Responsibilities

• Supervises parking staff, assists guests and coordinates traffic flow during events, under the direction of the Parking Event Coordinator.
• Sets up traffic cones, street closures and parking signage prior to events and stores away all items after each event.
• Directs traffic inside parking garages or surface lots and assists guests with vehicle problems during events.
• Trains and directs the work of Parking Attendants and ensures safety procedures are followed.
