Teamops at Gillette Stadium is seeking a Parking Security professional to work on event days, ensuring fans comply with parking lot rules and assisting with directions and guest questions. You will help with crowd control, monitor access to restricted areas, and support guest services to create a positive stadium experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, prior security experience preferred, strong communication, attentiveness, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Available for all full stadium events including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist and communicate with fans regarding non-compliance with parking lot rules.
• Provide exceptional customer service to fans.
• Control access to restricted areas by verifying tickets or credentials.
• Escalate issues to management or local authorities as appropriate.
• Monitor crowd activity and report suspicious or threatening situations.
• Escort players or special guests as assigned by management.
• Address complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Perform special projects and assignments as needed.
