Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Previous security experience preferred.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and observant.
Friendly and customer-service oriented.
Calm under pressure and able to follow protocols.
Available for all full stadium events including nights and weekends.
Able to take direction and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Assist and communicate with fans regarding parking rules and non-compliance.
Provide exceptional customer service: greet fans, answer inquiries, give directions, assist with seats and problem resolution.
Control access to restricted areas by verifying tickets or credentials; escalate as needed.
Explain stadium entrance rules and monitor bag sizes and prohibited items.
Monitor crowd activity and report suspicious or emergency situations to supervision.
Escort players or special guests to and from their vehicles.
Address complaints courteously and escalate issues to area supervisors.
Perform special projects and assignments as required.
