Parking Management Company, LLC is seeking an Event Parking Attendant in San Marcos, TX. This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on cashier coordination, directing vehicle flow, and real-time inventory tracking to maximize efficiency and revenue.

The position requires outdoor work, strong communication with clients, and reliable attendance on nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in parking or event support is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; clean background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support cashiers during events and ensure efficient entry processes.
• Set up and break down traffic control equipment before and after events.
• Direct vehicle flow to ensure safe and efficient parking access.
• Track inventory in real time and optimize lot usage.
• Communicate with property clients during events to address needs or concerns.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact between the company and hotel/property management.
• Ensure proper revenue collection procedures are followed.
• Assist cashiers during peak times and cover gaps as needed.
• Complete post-event reporting and inventory usage notes.
