Job summary

Interstate Parking Company is seeking a Parking Events Supervisor – Parking Operations to oversee event parking at multiple sites in the Milwaukee area. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and supervising a team of front-line staff.

You will work with managers, supervisors, cashiers, and traffic directors to ensure smooth operations, adherence to brand standards, and safe, compliant facilities.

• Must be able to multi-task and work in all weather conditions.
• Minimum age of 25 to drive for Interstate Parking per insurance carrier requirements
• Valid Regular Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with Office, web-based applications, and mobile apps.
• Relevant experience in parking, events, operations, hospitality, or customer service.
• Experience scheduling full-time and part-time team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and oversight of Interstate’s parking operations for event parking at multiple locations.
• Ensure customers and clients receive exceptional customer service.
• Develop, implement, and supervise event parking operations and procedures within budget, operations plan, and brand guidelines.
• Hire, manage, train, schedule, and develop a staff of customer service team members.
• Monitor facilities for cleanliness, signage, safety, and compliance with company standards.
