Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently direct and guide vehicles to designated parking areas, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
• Collect parking fees and issue tickets or receipts to attendees.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service by assisting attendees with parking inquiries.
• Monitor parking areas to enforce regulations and prevent misuse of parking spaces.
• Communicate and collaborate with event staff and security to maintain a safe parking environment.
• Assist with managing traffic congestion during peak periods and coordinate with local law enforcement if necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and complete required paperwork or reports.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
