Job summary

Parking Attendant role at Sharks Sports and Entertainment, LLC is part-time and non-exempt, based at the SAP Center & Tech CU Arena. You will help guests arrive and park, providing friendly service and directing traffic.

Shifts are event-based, typically two to four hours before events and about one hour after. You must be available for 2/3 of scheduled events, mostly evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Uniform must be worn during all shifts.
• Must clear background check.
• Excellent communication and de-escalation skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work with people of all ages.
• Must be able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they approach.
• Cashier and sell parking tickets.
• Keep parking area clean and orderly.
• Control access to parking lots by checking credentials.
• Set up and tear down traffic cones and delineators for traffic control.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and concerns.
