Job summary

The Parking Attendant is a part-time, event-based, guest-facing position at Amerant Bank Arena. Shifts range from approximately 4 to 10 hours per scheduled event, typically evenings, weekends, and select holidays.

You will enforce parking policies, greet guests, validate tickets, process payments, direct traffic, and assist with equipment setup and breakdown. Must stand for long periods and work outdoors in variable weather with a friendly, safety-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for a scheduled shift (minimum 4 hours).
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Weekend and evening availability may be required.
• Friendly, professional interaction with guests.

Responsibilities

• Understand and enforce all arena parking policies and procedures.
• Greet guests in a professional manner and validate tickets.
• Operate parking equipment and communicate rates clearly.
• Direct guests to parking areas and manage traffic flow.
