Job summary

Sharks Sports and Entertainment, LLC is seeking a part-time Parking Attendant to manage guest arrivals and parking at the SAP Center & Tech CU Arena. You will greet guests, sell parking tickets, and ensure smooth traffic flow during events, while maintaining a clean, organized parking area and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include credential checks, setting up traffic cones, and de-escalating situations when needed.

• Must clear background check.
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to de-escalate situations.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be able to work with people of all ages.
• Must be able to work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they approach.
• Cashier and sell parking tickets.
• Keep parking area clean and orderly.
• Control admission to the parking lots by checking credentials.
• Set up and tear down cones and delineators for traffic control on every shift.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests by answering questions and concerns.
