Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Pantry Coordinator for the ONT Field in Ontario, CA. You will support event-driven food and beverage service, manage pantry inventories, and maintain accurate records while working with kitchen and service staff.

The role requires a 21+ age, a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous bartending and customer service experience are a plus, with union guidelines applying to ONT Field employees.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food pantry orders are fulfilled from kitchen and tracked accurately.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain pantry organization, rotate shelf-stable products, and check expirations.
• Maintain pantry database, paperwork, and files.
• Place pantry orders in line with budget and coordinate with kitchen staff.
