Job summary

Responsibilities include scanning, packing, shipping orders on time, coordinating with the Tour Prep Manager, calibrating lasers, and maintaining inventory. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus warehouse or related field experience.
• Experience with the order fulfillment process.
• Ability to supervise others and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Manage Outbound scanning for Speaker/Rigging Department.
• Pull speakers, prep rigging, lasers, and accessories to complete systems.
• Monitor calendar for orders and transfers and fulfill items.
• Ensure customer orders are pulled, packed, and shipped on time.
• Coordinate with Tour Prep Manager to calibrate rigging components.
• Calibrate and offset grid lasers/inclinometers; align lasers.
• Assist cable department for PA cable pulls and looming projects.
• Assist Inbound team when other duties are fulfilled.
• Maintain inventory, cycle counts, and organize parts.
• QC/QA rigging elements and hardware like wire rope, shackles.
