Job summary

Clair Global is seeking a Production/Intercom & Radio Technician to pack and prep intercom and radio equipment for concerts and events. The role is based in our Lititz, PA warehouse, with responsibilities including inventory organization, equipment deployment, and coordinating with the operations team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, willing to learn, and able to handle multiple projects, with experience in warehouse environments or intercom/radio IT.

Qualifications

• Must be proactive and eager to learn about intercom and radio gear.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn technical components of communications and network equipment.
• Able to adapt to various computer systems and software for configuration of equipment.
• Creative problem solver with hands-on aptitude.
• Able to perform physical work (lifting equipment, packing trunks, loading trucks).
• Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Experience in intercoms, radios, IT or networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communications gear in line with company standards.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure equipment is allocated correctly.
• Update department documentation for technical procedures and processes.
• Organize warehousing of gear and inventory.
• Pack and prep equipment; unpack and de-prep as needed.
• Contribute to general warehouse duties.

Clair Global is hiring a Production/Intercom & Radio Technician who will pack and prep the deployment of Intercom & Radio equipment for concert tours and events, including: wired & wireless intercom, two-way radios and repeaters, switches, and access points equipment. The Production/Intercom & Radio Technician works in our warehouse to help organize, review inventory, and assist in the proper deployment of the department's equipment.
