Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced event operations leader to own delivery for a book of client properties. You will staff every event, lead captains and event leads, and manage pre-event planning with clients in a working manager role with real events each week.

Atlanta is the headquarters market, covering hotels, conference centers, caterers and venues from downtown to Buckhead and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel banquet, catering or event operations leadership.
• Professional grooming and appearance; black pants/shoes.
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone.
• Eligible to work in the United States (I-9 and E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Build and confirm crews for every event you book.
• Lead captains and event leads; run Captain School cohorts.
• Walk properties with clients before and after events.
• Own fill rate, show rate and client satisfaction for your accounts.
